The following is an overview of the changes made to AutoCAD Electrical 2019 toolset.
As part of our continuous efforts to provide a great visual experience to our customers, AutoCAD Electrical 2019 toolset release has new ‘flat designed’ icons in the user interface for Ribbon, Status Bar, Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) and Application Menu.
High Resolution (4K) Monitor Support
Some more of the product’s User Interfaces are now optimized for high resolution monitors. As a result, the following dialog boxes and palettes scale correctly when you increase the text size in Windows display properties.

With the DWG Compare feature, you can highlight the differences in model space between two revisions of the same drawing or different drawings. Using colors, you can differentiate between the objects that are unique to each drawing and the objects that are in common. You can exclude objects from being compared by turning off their layers.
SDI support is added back in to the product.
The Category sort order in Catalog Browser is enhanced in SQL mode.
Wildcard support for Assembly Code is enhanced in footprint database.
The BOM report is enhanced to support double byte chars when Catalog Browser is in SQL mode.
